We maintain a range of facilities for Far North residents and visitors, including playgrounds, sports fields, swimming pools, walkways and reserves. We also own and maintain toilets, wharves and pontoons, cemeteries, libraries, community halls and housing for the elderly.

We are asking our communities to help shape the future of water services in the Far North. This consultation is part of preparing a Water Services Delivery Plan, which must be finished by September 2025.

We are seeking feedback on a proposal to grant a 30-year (10+10+10) ground lease to Kaikohe & Districts Sportsville Incorporated for the land at 36 Recreation Road, Kaikohe.
