Public Notice of application for an On-licence
Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
Atlux Hotel Management Limited have made an application to the Far North District Licensing Committee for an On-licence in respect of the premises situated at 130 Marsden Road, Paihia, Far North District and known as Paihia Beach Resort & Spa.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a Hotel.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:
- At any time on any day from any area of unit commonly known as a mini-bar, to any guest who under agreement is entitled to occupy that room for which the unit is located, and to any person whom the guest permits to be in that room.
- Monday to Sunday 8.00am to 1.00am the following day to any other person who is present on the premise EXCEPT THAT on the Thursday before Good Friday; and on Easter Saturday, an on Christmas Eve, and on the day before Anzac Day, alcohol may only be sold between 9.00am and 12.00midnight.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Far North District Council, Private Bag 752, Kaikohe 0440 or by emailing your objection to DLG@fndc.govt.nz.
No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
