Public Notice of application for an Off-licence.

Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

Sovrano Winery Limited have made an application to the Far North District Licensing Committee for an Off-licence in respect of the premises situated at 165 Waimate North Road, Kerikeri, Russell, Far North District and known as Sovrano Winery.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is for a Wine Cellar Door.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:

1. Subject to condition 3, alcohol may be sold on, and delivered from, the premises for consumption off the premises, or supplied free as a sample for consumption on the premises, only on the following days and hours:
   Monday to Sunday 10.00am to 10.00pm.
2. No alcohol is to be sold on or delivered from the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday or Christmas Day or before 1.00pmon Anzac Day.
3. A remote sale of alcohol may be made at any time, on any day. Any alcohol sold by remote sale must not be delivered atany time between 11.00pm and 6.00am the next day.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Far North District Council, Private Bag 752, Kaikohe 0440 or by emailing your objection to DLG@fndc.govt.nz.

No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
