Further submissions

A copy of the further submissions on the Proposed District Plan are available via the links below. This includes the further submissions received on the Summary of Decisions Requested Addendum (March 2024). The next step in completing the new plan is hearings.

Please note, in certain circumstances, some of the raw further submission point reference numbers (e.g.FS323.1) shown on submissions may be inconsistent with the reference numbers shown in the Reporting Officer’s Section 42A Reports (e.g. FS323.001). All further submission points have been included in the Summary of Decisions requested, which Council’s reporting officers will be reviewing to prepare their Section 42A Reports for the hearings. Submitters should refer to the Section 42A reports, when available, for the accurate further submission reference numbers.
