To construct a new dwelling in 2 stages as a Discretionary activity in Rural Production Zone.
Stage 1 - first stage will see the construction of an amenities building accommodating kitchen/bathroom/living/dining/laundry areas, with external deck.
Stage 2 - addition of three sleeping ‘pods’ coming off that deck on the south side, and nearest to the boundary and area of covenanted bush on the adjacent site.
