To establish a 60 m² two-bedroom relocatable residential unit (with attached carport (25 m²) and deck (23.1 m²)) for workers accommodation on a 95 hectare site; requiring resource consent to establish a new building within the Purerua Heritage Precinct in a location visible from a public place (restricted discretionary under Rule 5A.6.1.4 of the Operative Far North District Plan) and as a discretionary activity under Rule HA-R11 of the Proposed Far North District Plan (for activities not otherwise addressed in the chapter relating to Heritage Area overlays)
