Part B To obtain land use consent as a discretionary activity under the Operative Far North District Plan; for breaches to the District wide permitted activity thresholds relating to general earthworks (30,700 m³ with a maximum 3.2 metre cut), earthworks within a coastal hazard area, discharge of effluent (Lots 55, 58, and 59 within 20 metres of a waterbody), esplanade reserve waiver, private access (reduced width and number of users exceeding eight) and fire risk to residential units.
Part C To cancel consent notice 8300644.4 as registered against Lot 3-4 DP 420232 and consent notice 11735593.2 as registered against Lot 2 DP 542129 as they relate to servicing requirements, cat and dog restrictions, and approval from Council to establish a residential dwelling.
