Draw your favourite outdoor spot for the chance to win an outdoor games and activities prize pack! It could be your local beach, playground, park, or any outdoor spot you love in the Far North. Use glitter, shells, paints, pens, or anything else to showcase your creativity.
Entry Categories
One winner will be selected from each category:
- Ages 2 to 6
- Ages 7 to 11
- Ages 12 to 17
How to enter
Complete your picture on a A4 sheet of paper and drop it off at any Far North District Council library or service centre. You can also email a photo or scan of your picture to us at submissions@fndc.govt.nz, or post it to:

What's it all about?
We are developing a strategy to guide how community spaces such as parks, beaches, playgrounds and reserves are managed and protected for the future. Your pictures will be part of that important community feedback we are gathering to help us develop this strategy. Find out more about this project here.
Terms and Conditions
Entries close 5 August 2024. One prize to be won for each category. One entry per participant. Pictures must be submitted on A4 paper and be the original work of the participant.
