Community booking
Community bookings are for registered non-profit groups, schools, or events that are open to the general public.
Examples of these might include charity events or community initiatives.
Private booking
A private booking are for invited guests and/or pay to attend i.e., birthday party.
A corporate booking (business event) is also considered a private booking.
If you are unclear which type of booking you require, please contact us to discuss.
Equipment Available
Tables and chairs. Kitchen includes hot drink facilities.
No AV equipment is available, all this must be supplied by hirer.
How do I book the Memorial Hall?
Please email bookadmin@fndc.govt.nz to request a hire form, all fees related to booking the hall can be found in our Fees and Charges schedule.
This hire form will require the following information:
- What do you want to hire the hall for?
- The date and times you want to hire the hall.
- Is this a community or private booking?
