To re-establish a 6.7km section of the Pou Herenga Tai Twin Coast Cycle Trail, extending from Taumārere to Ōpua Cycle, breaching the Sunlight, Setback from Boundaries, Indigenous Vegetation Clearance, Earthworks, Setback from Lakes, Rivers and The Coastal Marine Area and Setback from Smaller Lakes, Rivers and Wetlands in both the General Coastal and Rural Production zones as a Discretionary Activity.
