The proposed changes are associated with the occupation areas Lots 16-21 [6 x sites]. These have been altered to better reflect ground conditions and provide more suitable housing sites. Changes are also proposed to roading alignments for each development area.
In addition, wastewater has been re-designed to suit the updated arrangement as well as service the entire development. All changes are accompanied by relevant specialist input.
Changes are also proposed to specific conditions to assist with practical workability. This is a conservation zone and is a discretionary activity.
