We maintain a range of facilities for Far North residents and visitors, including playgrounds, sports fields, swimming pools, walkways and reserves. We also own and maintain toilets, wharves and pontoons, cemeteries, libraries, community halls and housing for the elderly.

Project reports

Taipā Wastewater Transformation Project - BECA report

This report presents a summary of the wastewater treatment upgrade and discharge options for Taipā Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).

Good Practice Guidance on Wastewater Discharge to Land

This document provides high-level guidance about the project for the council to implement. It includes: desktop GIS investigations; concept design; environmental investigations; consent lodgement; preliminary design; detailed design and commissioning.
