Activity B: The subdivision includes the construction of a boat ramp which breaches rule Setback from Lakes, Rivers and the Coastal Marine area. The proposal also includes breaches to the Residential Intensity and Private Accessway in All Zones in the Point Veronica zone as a Discretionary Activity.
