Activity B: Seeking land use consents for breaching Indigenous Vegetation Clearance in the General Coastal Zone, Fire Risk to Residential Units, Private Accessway, Frontage to Exiting Roads as a Discretionary Activity. The proposal is also a Discretionary Activity under the PDP for breaching Indigenous vegetation clearance and any associated land disturbance outside a Significant Natural Area.
