Easement Wairawarawa Stream

This consultation is now closed. Submissions were open for four weeks from Wednesday 23 March 2023.

Council is seeking submissions for a right of way Easement under section 48(1)(f) of the Reserves Act 1977.

The purpose of the easement is for the landowners to build a private bridge over the Wairawarawa Stream in Waipapa connecting three privately-owned allotments. All costs are covered by the private landowners. The granting of the easement is subject to public consultation.
