Policies, bylaws and strategies

Our plans and strategies are road maps that help us focus on the things that matter to our communities and to allocate resources accordingly. They also help us to be transparent and to measure how well we are doing. We have three key planning documents: the Long Term Plan (LTP), the Annual Plan and the Annual Report.
